• Profile picture URL (obtained via Google Sign-In / OAuth)

Financial, App, and Purchase Data

As a core part of the Service, we collect and store the financial data and app entitlement preferences you voluntarily enter, including:

• Transaction records (amounts, dates, categories, accounts)
• Expense categories, accounts, cashbook entries, and piggy bank savings goals
• Lend and borrow records (person name, amount, dates, and settlement status)
• In-App Purchase entitlements (purchased themes, order IDs, and theme preferences)
• App preferences and settings

Local Storage and Biometric Data

• Local Storage: A copy of your data is stored locally on your device to enable offline access and fast performance. This data is removed when you uninstall the app.
• Biometric Lock: If enabled, biometric authentication is processed entirely on-device by your operating system. We do not collect, store, or transmit biometric data.

2. Third-Party Services and In-App Billing

We integrate with third-party services to facilitate authentication and digital purchases:

• Google Sign-In: Used to securely authenticate your account. We only access your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
• Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases (such as exclusive themes). We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or financial payment details. All transactions and billing records are handled securely by Google Play. Purchases are final and governed by Google Play’s official refund policies.

3. Data Deletion and Retention

We retain your personal and financial data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the Application settings, or by contacting us at the email address below.

4. Security and Global Operations

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures. Since the Service is available globally, your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside of your home country, subject to appropriate security safeguards.
